Aero Express will buy, sell, trade, and rent the T-48D depending on your needs.  The Tel-Instruments (TIC) T-48D is completely self-contained and housed in an aluminum carrying case.  It is specially designed to test transponder modes 1, 2, 3A, C, S and DME on 3 pre-selected channels.

  • Operating controls and the data display are mounted on the test set front panel
  • The T-48D is a battery powered portable unit used to test operations of transponder systems antenna to antenna when installed in the aircraft, or connected directly to the UUT
